Terms of Service

AI Beauty Receptionist is a managed-service AI receptionist for beauty salons. It helps salons process Instagram Direct messages, answer frequently asked questions, prepare draft booking requests, notify salon administrators, and sync confirmed bookings with connected calendars, CRM systems or internal schedules.

The service may be provided as an MVP, pilot or early production system. During pilot use, some features may be mock, provider-ready or require additional platform approval. Availability, feature behavior and integrations may change as the product is improved.

Each salon using AI Beauty Receptionist is responsible for:

• Providing accurate services, prices, schedules, addresses, cancellation policies and staff information.
• Reviewing AI-generated draft bookings in pilot or draft-only mode before treating them as confirmed appointments.
• Keeping connected platform accounts, calendars and notification channels authorized and up to date.
• Complying with applicable laws, consumer protection rules, privacy requirements and platform policies.
• Ensuring that clients receive appropriate human support for sensitive, risky or unclear matters.

AI-generated replies and booking suggestions may contain mistakes or require human review. AI Beauty Receptionist is not a legal, medical or financial advisor. Medical questions, allergies, contraindications, complaints, discounts, refunds and other sensitive topics should be handled by a human salon administrator or qualified specialist.

The service may integrate with Meta/Instagram, Google Calendar, Telegram and future CRM, SMS or Viber providers. By connecting an account, the salon authorizes AI Beauty Receptionist to access and process the connected account data necessary to operate the service.

Some integrations may require OAuth consent, API credentials, platform permissions or provider review before full production use. The salon may disconnect integrations at any time where supported.

Users must not use AI Beauty Receptionist to:

• Send spam, abusive, deceptive or illegal messages.
• Collect personal data without a valid reason or required consent.
• Upload or process information that violates third-party rights or platform policies.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, access another salon's data, or misuse connected provider APIs.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during MVP or pilot operation. Maintenance, provider outages, platform restrictions, network issues or configuration problems may affect service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Beauty Receptionist is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output or guaranteed business results. The salon remains responsible for final client communication, booking confirmation and service delivery.

Access to the service may be paused or terminated if the salon requests cancellation, violates these Terms, misuses integrations, fails to maintain required permissions, or if the service is discontinued.
