Data Deletion Instructions

If you want to delete your data from AI Beauty Receptionist, send a request to: sk.consulting.marketing@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your salon name.
• Your Instagram account name or Facebook Page name.
• The email used in the service.
• What data you want deleted.

After verification, our team will delete or anonymize data where legally and technically possible, including:

• Salon profile data.
• Integration tokens and connected provider credentials.
• Connected Instagram or Facebook identifiers.
• Messages and conversations where possible.
• Bookings, client names, phone numbers and related client data where legally and technically possible.
• Google Calendar connection data and OAuth tokens stored by AI Beauty Receptionist.

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after we verify the request and confirm the data that should be deleted.

If you connected AI Beauty Receptionist through Meta, Facebook or Instagram, you may also remove the app from your Meta account settings. Removing app access in Meta may stop future data access, but you should still email us if you want data already processed by AI Beauty Receptionist deleted or anonymized.
